Canning & District Recreation Commission is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic youth leaders to join our Summer Recreation Team for the 2026 summer season.
We are currently hiring:

2 Activity Camp Coordinators
-
2 Activity Camp Leaders
These positions support the delivery of our Summer Activity Camp Program, which includes Junior Camp and Senior Camp, as well as assisting with recreation programs and community events throughout the summer.
Our summer camps are designed to create a positive, active, and inclusive environment where children can build friendships, stay active, and enjoy new experiences. Staff play a key role in shaping that experience.

Responsibilities
Staff will work together to:

Plan and lead daily camp activities and games

Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all campers

Supervise children and ensure participant safety

Assist with special events, outings, and themed activities

Support additional recreation programs and community initiatives
